Athiya Shetty bonds with family over football World Cup
Soccer fans across the world are fascinated in the continuous FIFA World Cup, and our Bollywood stars are no exemption. Suniel Shetty has been observing pretty much every coordinate on television with his child Ahaan and girl Athiya, who will purportedly feature the cast of a biopic in view of a female footballer from Kashmir.
Friday night was especially disheartening for the entertainer, when Brazil was taken out of the competition by Belgium. According to she, "Brazil's exit has disheartened me. Obviously, I recognize Belgium for playing great against such a loved group, however I've forever been a Brazil and Portugal fan, and I maintained that them should go on in the competition. Truly, these things make the World Cup intriguing for benefactors like my sibling, father and me. We've all got our number one groups and we bond a ton during the matches."
She adds, “Every day, we have discussions about teams, their performances and coaches. I actually love watching sports with my father. He’s an avid follower of every sport — tennis, badminton, table-tennis, football, hockey — you name it and he’s following it. He’s also very emotional, so he invests a lot into the teams or players he’s rooting for and that makes his company even more exciting.”
